I am 36 year restaurant veteran. I have done everything you can imagine in the restaurant business from bartending and serving to owning for the last 20 years. I worked in full service restaurants and quick service restaurants. I am married with a teenage daughter. We are weekend warriors in south Florida that rarely stay home come Friday at 3pm.
